Common Questions
Are the spouts suitable for hot filling?
Yes. We supply retort-grade and hot-fill structures with spouts rated for pasteurisation and retort processes — please confirm your filling temperature.
How do you test for leaks?
Every production batch is pressure-tested and drop-tested. We also run a 72-hour leakage test on the spout weld for new structures.
Can I use a custom shaped pouch?
Absolutely. Shaped spout pouches need a dedicated die-cut mould; the tooling cost is quoted separately and usually amortised over volume.
