Built on Printing, Not on Trading
Youpin Pack was founded in 2010 with two bag-making machines and a simple idea: brands deserve a packaging partner that actually controls the production line. Fifteen years later we operate a 12,000 m² facility with in-house gravure cylinder engraving, rotogravure printing, solvent-free lamination, slitting, bag making and a dedicated QC laboratory.
Because everything happens under one roof, we can control colour consistency, seal strength and delivery dates in a way that trading companies simply cannot. It also means you get straight answers — from the engineer who will actually run your job.
Today we supply stand-up pouches, flat bottom bags, spout pouches, coffee bags and printed roll film to coffee roasters, snack producers, pet food brands, supplement companies and household care manufacturers worldwide.
How We Got Here
Started with two bag-making machines and a small team producing stock pouches for local food producers.
In-house printing brought colour control and lead times under our own roof, and opened the door to export markets.
Formalised our quality management system and qualified food-contact materials for the US market.
Moved into a 12,000 m² facility with a dedicated clean workshop for food and personal care packaging. Monthly capacity reached 300 tonnes.
Launched MDO-PE mono-material structures that keep high barrier performance while remaining recyclable in existing PE streams.
Installed German HELL electronic engraving and automated cylinder production, closing the loop on the full service chain.
Continuing to invest in automation, sustainable structures and faster sampling for brands of every size.
What Happens Inside the Factory
Every stage of production is in-house, which is why we can commit to both quality and dates.
Engraving
German HELL K500 electronic engraving with 12–24 kHz engraving frequency and repeatable registration — the foundation of print quality.
Printing
Rotogravure presses up to 10 colours with automatic register control, plus digital proofing for fast artwork iteration.
Lamination
Solvent-free and solvent-based lamination lines producing two- to four-layer structures for barrier and strength.
Bag Making
Stand-up, three-side seal, flat bottom, spout and shaped pouch lines, plus slitting and rewinding for roll film.
Quality Control
In-line inspection plus lab testing for seal strength, COF, thickness, colour and migration compliance.
Export & Logistics
Export cartons, palletising, FOB / CIF / DDP terms and full documentation handled by our own shipping team.
